Haoyu Machinery is a direct manufacturer of hydraulic cylinders instead of a trading company.
You can confirm cylinder specifications by providing drawings, measuring your existing samples, sending physical samples, or referring to our product datasheets.
Key parameters to measure: tube outer diameter, piston rod diameter, pin center distance and pin diameter. We also need to know your required load capacity.
Both single-acting and double-acting hydraulic cylinders are available for selection and customization.
Yes, we support OEM customization. Stroke, built-in valves, special tube & rod materials, paint color, logo and packaging can all be tailored to your requirements.
Samples are available for testing.
The MOQ for custom cylinders is 1 unit, and small & medium batch orders are acceptable. The MOQ for standard hydraulic cylinder models is 10 units.
Regular orders: 30–50 days
Sample orders: 25–35 days
Our cylinder tubes adopt honed steel tubes.
All incoming raw materials are inspected following strict sampling plans. Every finished cylinder will pass dimensional inspection, pressure testing and leakage testing before shipment.
